Jordan Tarrant

I was born in Arlington, TX in February of 1987. I write songs. I’m not sure when I started ; probably around 12 or 13. I started playing guitar when I was younger, about 8. I like southern music, I like soulful music. I’ve been influenced by people like Johnny Cash and Ray Charles, Etta and Bonnie. I like good lyrics and the kind of soul that gives you chills. I have been working with a Texas Independent Label, TONO Music Group since 2003 and am excited to announce that we will be releasing my first full length in late 2009. Now I’m in Boston, MA going to The Berklee College of Music and learning all that I can.
